What you need:
ShuiZhuYu spicy package - got it from China town, see the package picture if you don't know Chinese.
Fish (Nian Fish) - Ask sales people in market at China town for Shui Zhu Yu, one piece fish filet for 2 people.
Chinese Cabbage - just a small one 
Mushroom - some as your preference suggested 1/4 LBS
Soy (Green) Bean Sprouts - one hand (ladies')
Green Onion, Garlic - a little
How to Cook:
Use garlic to fry vegetables first, you can pick some mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, and sprouts. Add just a little salt to cook it. 

Dry the juice from cooking and put them at bottom of the serving bowl for final stage usage.  Don't cook with the spicy sauce so that the vegetable won't be too spicy. 

Cut the fish filet into small pieces.  Don't cut them too small, you will enjoy the big fish meat chunk when you eat them, also too small pieces  will easily fall apart when cooking.  Just refer the size to what you ate in the restaurant.  

Cover the fish with the recipe powder included in the spicy fish cooking package for at least 5 minutes.

Use 1/3 cup (100g) oil to cook the spicy source, included in the spicy fish package, add some green onions until the spicy smell comes out

Add 700ml (a little less than 3 cups) water to the wok until it is boiling. 

Add fish with powder covered into the spicy soup for 3-5 minutes.

Pour the cooked the soup into the serving bowl, whose bottom covered by the vegetable cooked at the first step.

A delicious, soft and spicy fish has made in half price with fresh ingredients and clean oil.
